If Fluents isn't for you, email refund@fluents.app within 14 days of purchase. We'll refund the full amount — no questions, no calls, no "stay with us" emails.

How fast we process it

What happens to your license

Upon refund, your license key is revoked. The app stops working after the next online validation check (usually within 24 hours). You're welcome to re-purchase in the future if you change your mind — we won't hold it against you.

Beyond 14 days

After 14 days, we generally don't process refunds. Exceptions (at our discretion):

EU / UK consumers

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. This policy matches or exceeds those rights.

Brazil consumers

Under Art. 49 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Lei 8.078/1990), you have the right to withdraw within 7 days of online purchase. Our 14-day window exceeds this statutory minimum.

Why we offer this

Because we believe in Fluents and we don't want anyone paying if it's not right for them. Also because trust beats clever retention tactics. If the product can't hold you, we shouldn't try to trap you.
